We offer refund for the following cases:
- you aren’t totally satisfied with our products
- your purchase was made by mistake
- you don’t have enough expertise to use the Items made available
- psd (photoshop) or AE (After effects) file is not working (but we are pretty sure all psd’s will work fine).
Our payment process is conducted by Secured Paypal, the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
To keep things clear, you have option to get refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
